About VAT on Sales by Grafana-emea within the EU
For items that are offered on the Grafana-emea merchandise store and are sent to destinations within the European Union (EU), sales tax must be calculated according to the laws applicable within the EU and tax rates that vary within the member states. The amount of sales tax to be charged depends on various factors such as the nature of the purchased product and the destination to which the product is to be shipped.
The prices on our website for goods sold by Grafana-emea are displayed in EUR and exclusive of VAT. Your final price may differ depending on the actual VAT rate that applies to your order. For orders to EU countries, the applicable VAT rate for the destination country will be added once you have confirmed your delivery country and populated the requested fields within the checkout. Your final price during checkout will reflect the correct VAT rate for the destination country of your order.
Learn more below on how to purchase as a VAT-registered customer within the EU if you want to use your VAT registration number when purchasing from Grafana-emea.
Entering your VAT Registration Number
If checkout permits you can enter your VAT registration number. We'll need the legal name and registered address that corresponds to the VAT registration number. You can only use one VAT registration number per order. Please ensure you select a VAT registration number valid for the country of delivery.
Provided VAT registration numbers will be submitted for validation check. If initial validation checks fail and you believe this is an error then please get in touch with our Customer Services Team at [email protected] before placing your order.
We'll let you know by e-mail if there's a problem with the number you provided. If there is a problem then you will be required to provide a valid VAT number. We reserve the right to amend the cost of the order or cancel if a valid VAT number cannot be provided.
By submitting your VAT registration number, you agree that all transactions on your store account will be business-related transactions made by the business associated with the VAT registration number. If you no longer use your account for business purchases, you can use without entering a VAT number at checkout.
VAT for Customers Outside the EU
If customs or import duties are levied, these may be payable once the package reaches the destination country. The checkout page will notify you if additional charges for customs clearance will have to be borne by the recipient.
We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they might be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders shipped into the United States may be subject to additional US state and local sales taxes.
